A little about me: I’m a mom of four young kids, an entrepreneur, and a homeschooler, so I understand how busy life can get. But I also know how important it is to prioritize your health. Throughout my career, I’ve had the opportunity to work in various fitness settings. At Florida Atlantic University, I taught senior wellness classes, helping older adults improve their mobility, strength, and overall well-being. At Lifetime Fitness, I designed and taught children’s fitness classes, helping young kids develop a love for movement and fitness from an early age. I’ve also taught Barre classes at Gold’s Gym, where I created workouts that challenge participants and inspire them to push their limits.

With over 10 years of experience in the health & fitness field, I hold a Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science from Florida Atlantic University. I’m also certified in personal training, nutrition, Barre, and AFAA Athletics, along with multiple certifications from the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM).
My extensive experience has equipped me with the knowledge and tools to help you reach your goals, providing personalized support every step of the way.
